Up to 2 under 30 lbs,$200 Deposit, $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee 31 to 75 lbs $300 Deposit, $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee 76 lbs and Over $400 Deposit, $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee Two pets $400 Deposit, $400 Non-Refundable Pet Fee Pet Rent One $10, Two $15 per month. All pet fees and deposits must be paid prior to or at time of move-in. No Exceptions. - Restrictions: Acceptable pets include cats, dogs, fish (50 Gallon tank size limite with managers prior written approval);and select birds only. In regards to dogs, restricted breeds (full or mixed breeds) are not acceptable:Cow, Doberman Pincher, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier and Rottweiler. Prohibited pets include, but not limited to, monkeys, snakes, ferrets, iguanas, potbelly pigs and rabbits. .
